The Lightning adds full Dynamic AnalogTM test capability to the Maverick line of ATE solutions for manufacturers of cost-sensitive electronic devices and Consumer Digital Appliances (CDA). Lightning delivers the suite of resources needed to test all aspects of System-On-a-Chip (SOC) and System-In-a Package (SIP) technologies: logic, memory, and analog test. With an installed base of over 1000, Nextest's Maverick systems created the standard for cost-effective testing of logic and memory devices throughout the world. Now, Lightning brings the same low-cost, high-throughput, parallel production test capability to SOC and SIP devices.
