Course Description
Maverick Programming Basics
Maverick Programming Basics course is a one week introduction to programming the Maverick Test System. An overview of both the hardware and software architectures of the Maverick testers is provided as a framework for understanding how to design device test programs that make the best use of the available tester resources.
Classroom lectures are reinforced with classroom exercises incrementally leading to the generation and debug of a working Maverick test program.
Maverick Maintenance
This one day course prepares the system maintenance technician to diagnose, isolate and repair faults in the Maverick testers, using standard diagnostic and calibration routines.
Classroom lectures are reinforced with hands-on-laboratory time.
Lightning Programming Basics
This three-day course is a follow-on to the Maverick Programming Basics course. It covers the theory of Digital-Signal Process as well as sampling theory, coherence and other concepts which are the foundation of the Lightning ’s approach to mixed-signal testing. Students will be taught the details of the Mixed-Signal Pin Card ’s architecture and benefit from hands-on experience during the numerous programming lab sessions.
Magnum Programming Basics
Magnum Programming Basics course is a three-day extension to the Maverick Programming Basics course. An overview of both the hardware and software architectures of the Magnum testers is provided as a framework for understanding how to design device test programs that make the best use of the available tester resources. Emphasis is placed on learning the advanced capabilities for developing highly parallel-test programs on Magnum.
Classroom lectures are reinforced with classroom exercises incrementally leading to the generation and debug of a working Magnum test program.
